- Experience in building sites with Drupal 6 and Drupal 7.- My personal clients have been mostly small organization sites, while my contract work has been as part of team working on sites for large organizations and small businesses.

This position represents an increase in and shift of my responsibilities from my previous position as Member Services Coordinator. Beyond the member services aspects of the position, my focus has been on:- maintaining and improving the Drupal website for SCELC, including adding features for librarians to manage their own institution's content with a complex system of roles and permissions- keeping the SCELC business system working as efficiently as possible for the SCELC staff through an iterative routine of user testing and feature updates- analyzing business processes and workflows to suggest tools and methods for the office to work most effectively

Coordinated member-specific services, including:- administering a CONTENTdm instance for member libraries- overseeing changes and improvements to a consortium-wide subscription tracking system- creating email newsletters- managing email list subscriptions- maintaining a consortium-wide Electronic Resource Management System (ERMS)Beyond the member services role, I also spearheaded and did the work of moving the SCELC website to a Drupal-based CMS from a static HTML site and integrating it with a FileMaker Pro database.

- Tracked down and cataloged research papers.- Helped initiate and populate an institutional repository.

I worked on developing a metadata strategy for the digital objects created by artists and designers as well as for the records created in the course of a project. I laid the groundwork for future progress by interviewing people involved in every aspect of the company about how a digital asset manager would be incorporated in their workflow. I made a few reports on possible metadata schemas to put in place that would enable all users to easily find every particular piece of a current or past project they might need access to.

Produced a site map for a website that was to be redesigned. Created screencasts for professors and instructors on how to best use the Moodle course management system in their teaching.
