I craft premium themes for audiences that value clean, clear, and modular solutions, where compromising on usability or functionality isn’t an option. In particular, my UI designs focus on:■ Inclusivity: offering users suffering from color blindness & poor vision a vivid meaningful experience without sacrificing style. In addition, migraine sufferers are treated to soft sound design, fluid animation, and gentle texture details [to dampen triggers that would otherwise plague these afflicted community members], leading to an improved soothing experience.■ Diversity: offering users event-based celebratory themes spanning a broad range of cultures and value systems.The most current project in development is the creation of modular workflow templates, assets, and tools [to generate graphic, motion, and audio elements] for crafting themes using the proprietary Samsung Theme Editor.

My support in this role was sharply divided between 2 main functions:1. Tending to client questions, concerns, and grievances, providing:■ Feedback on existing support ticket submissions through JIRA (in addition to making submissions when appropriate and when/where there were none)■ Updates to Cases (sometimes requiring call-backs) and Progress Updates to ensure clients are made aware of what to [realistically] expect in terms of resolution outcomes and the expected time-frames tethered to those outcomes based on electronic communications distributed via superiors and the intranet■ Advice on [contextually relevant] Next Steps, especially in cases of emergencies where quality of life was at risk of being adversely or critically affected2. Tech, Setup, & Training Support, by:■ Documenting pay system setup for new call center agents [to ensure new agents get paid in a timely fashion, given that most were living paycheck to paycheck while paying high transit and living costs]■ Creating a workstation setup package of templates, resources, links, and notes for new agents to use as a base on which to start their new job more confidently, efficiently, and effectively■ Setting up connections to server resource materials and adding shortcuts for ease of accessibility■ Aggregating, Sorting, Documenting, Organizing, Packing, and Labeling Inventory of both Computer, Peripheral, and Telecommunications hardware assetsHeld ‘Enhanced Reliability’ Security Clearance Status, valid until 2022.

Call-center-based Technical Support for HP devices/peripherals.(Unfortunately, I was issued another offer that I simply couldn't resist, and thus needed to depart earlier than intended.)
