Led or co-led investments in Mindshare Technologies, BambooHR, Health Catalyst, TruHearing, and Terawatt Solar. Revamped associate recruiting and interview process. Participated in numerous other improvements from internal culture initiatives to sourcing strategy.

Worked on a variety of projects under the direction of the company's co-founders including SalesForce customization and reporting, pricing analysis, software vendor selection, and competitive analysis.

Performed modeling and due diligence for numerous contemplated and completed investments. Led internal improvements in training and mentoring. Worked with portfolio companies on operational issues such as pricing, sources of profitability, strategy, and capitalization.
