With over ten years of experience in strategy and operations, I am currently the Director of Enterprise GTM Strategy and Operations at Confluent, the leading platform for data in motion. In this role, I lead a team of analysts and managers who support the global enterprise sales organization with strategic planning, data analysis, forecasting, and operational excellence. I also partner with cross-functional leaders to drive alignment, execution, and growth across the enterprise segment. Previously, I worked at Twilio Inc. as a Sales Strategy and Analytics Senior Manager, where I helped scale the sales operations and analytics function, and delivered insights and recommendations to optimize the sales performance and efficiency. Prior to that, I was a Product Manager at Amazon. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and I have developed strong skills in business strategy, strategic planning, data analysis, and communication. I am passionate about solving complex problems, enabling data-driven decision making, and empowering teams and customers with innovative solutions.
