As Sr. Administrator/Intrapanuer I assisted in the creation of the Note Sale Auction platform which liquidated assets in excess of $1 Billion on behalf of the trust through Special Servicing. In 2013 I left the Note Sale Team to administrate the REO Auction platform liquidating Real Estate Owned Assets in excess of $1 Billion on behalf of the trust through Special Servicing and in 2014 alone liquidated over $500MM on behalf of the trust.As asset counts grew in Special Servicing, I created new automated processes that allowed Asset Management to quickly and decisively make decisions for assets in their pipeline, allowing them to stabilize the assets quicker, creating more value and more recovery for the Trust.
