I am a production manager with operations optimization through Lean and change management as my primary specialties. I have 20 years of management experience, of which the last 15 years have been in larges manufacturing Companys. I have extensive experience within business optimization, personnel/team management and change management. I also possess a great strength in my ability to plan and form a general overview of production operations. In my current job I am responsible for 60 employees and 5 middle managers. I practice motivating, coaching and result-oriented management.
