With experience from Quality Assurance it felt like a natural step to continue to work with projects and people. I got in my new position as a Project Manager entrusted to operate all the maintenance projects for ARRIS DreamGallery core product. During my time as Project Manager I have been able to continue develop my interest in projects and people in the context of a more process-oriented form. I have together with my co-workers successfully managed to delivered several maintenance releases to ARRIS customers.

Project Lead - Customer Projects, Support and Maintenance of ARRIS DreamGallery Core product.With start in January 2013 when I still worked for Motorola Mobility, I had a Product Ownership / Project Management role for a newly established support team. I was responsible for prioritizing incoming cases and coordination of tasks within my team to quickly provide support to internal and external customers. I had a responsibility to lead my team through all types of customer support cases ARRIS was connected to regarding the core product (DreamGallery). By working with support of the core product I was also responsible to lead the maintenance project of DreamGallery for quality assurance of the product both internally and externally.This has been a great experience for how to manage projects in a more process-oriented way.

Agile software Test Engineer - working with quality assurance on set-top boxes, tablets and phones in Scrum and Kanban method projects. Configuration and maintenance of test environment.I have in my role as Test Engineer gained a lot of experience in different areas within the work of QA for products. My best experience that I have brought with me from my test career is the knowledge for how to think in different situations, test methods and so on to secure a product in the best possible way before delivering to customer. In the way how to know writing good coverage of test cases, the chances of good quality of the end product and a pleased customer are high.My experience as a Test Engineer have also given me the importance of to get a good and comprehensive picture of the whole product. It has been of great benefit to my career as a Project Manager.

During my university studies I worked part time and during the summer as a truck driver for the furniture company EM-möbler and the logistics company DHL on behalf of VMP Group. My responsibilities was to delivering cargo to customers on time. These jobs required a responsibility to plan my routes and communicate with people to deliver to customers on time. With this experience I have had a benefit of later in my career for example to handle projects.

Coach for the county Östergötland Europe dinghy sailors, Team Östergötland. A sport investment with goals for the Nordic, European and World Championship.In my role as a coach included tasks as responsible for planning and implementation of advanced education and training activities for between 8-12 sailor youths. The assignment gave me a greater sense of responsibility, I learned to act independently and trained my ability to lead other people.

Norrland Dragoon Regiment trains ranger battalions which are specifically designed for combat and reconnaissance missions behind enemy lines.The training places extreme physical and mental demands on me as a military serviceman.The exacting combat assignments and perseverance demanded me to take initiatives as well as the ability to take care of myself and my equipment in the severe climate.To be able to survive in the wilderness, without direct contact with other friendly units, I had to rely on my own ability, my comrades and on the equipment I was trained to use.
