In September 2012, Radical Rehab Solutions LLC merged with NeuroRestorative.Responsible for marketing programs regionally and performing clinical evaluations to determine eligibility for program participation. • Create and implement company-wide marketing strategies.• Oversee all aspects of residential programing for clients with traumatic brain injuries.• Supervise Residential Coordinators, Assistants, and Life Skills Trainers in two program locations.• Collaborate with fellow members of senior administration to generate company policies and procedures.• Provide general IT functions such as: networking, software installation and training, troubleshooting, computer repair, etc.

• Hire, supervise, and train direct care workers.• Conduct interdisciplinary team meetings with clients, families, therapists, and case managers.• Review housing standards in preparation for quarterly audits.• Provide general IT functions such as: networking, software installation and training, troubleshooting, computer repair, etc.

• Prepare and implement individualized treatment plans.• Develop staff protocols for direct care workers.• Train and supervise direct care workers.• Provide general IT functions such as: networking, software installation and training, troubleshooting, computer repair, etc.

• Train and mentor direct care workers.• Serve as a liaison between therapists and direct care workers.• Provide general IT functions such as: networking, software installation and training, troubleshooting, computer repair, etc.

• Teach daily living skills to clients with traumatic brain injuries.• Serve as a job coach to clients reentering the workforce.• Utilize crisis prevention and intervention techniques on a daily basis.

• Provide general case management services for runaway/homeless teenagers and their families.• Provide daily individual, and family supportive counseling.• Maintain clinical records on all clients and families.• Supervise direct care staff.
