During my whole stay in Antalis Oy I worked as the Finance Director for the Finnish entity. My job description included fully the management of Finance and IT in the company ( ~50M€ turnover) and active steering group and board membership. Some of the main achievements during the years: - Merger and operational integration of Antalis Oy and Map Suomi Oy in Finland- IPO follow up and analysis related to the acquisition and merger- Selling Map Suomi logistics property in Helsinki to Eläke-Fennia for 11,6 MEUR, sale and leaseback transaction- Several IT implementations (eg. Heeros, Qlikview etc.)- Outsourcing of payroll- Implementing local transfer pricing documentations and practice- Managing the external tax audit and internal audits with excellent resultsIn beginning of 2009 I also became Nordic controller for the Nordic cluster (~200 M€ turnover, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland). The main achievements are:- Member of the regional steering group, strategic planning and implementation- Clusterization synergies and harmonization of processes- Building up the management reporting and KPI follow up on entity and consolidation level- Working capital improvements, implementation of Central warehouse concept- Helping and couching the local entities FD's and teams- Being the "right hand" for the cluster CFOStarting in 2010 I got additional responsibilites as the CFO of Baltics&Russia cluster (~80 M€ turnover). Main achievments here are eg.- Baltic & Russia cluster management team membership, business review management- Divesting Oy Map Merchant AB operations. Transfer to Estonia- Liquidation process in Ukraine subsidiary- Trans cluster synergies and strategy- Antalis group regional CFO finance community participation and the decision implementation in my cluster- Active partner to regional CEO

When working in this company we were operationally and reporting wise a subgroup within Thermo.We had sales unit subsidiaries in Belgium, Sweden, France, Germany, Spain, Russia, China, Japan, India and USA. Manufacturing plants in Finland, UK, Russia, China and USA. Also two JV's one in China and one in Pakistan. All this entities were reporting, consolidated and analyzed in Finland.During the years in Thermo my main tasks were eg.:-Building up, developing, planning and implementing the group management reporting-Leading the internal reporting and analysing team-Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and closing-Sales, cost, P&L and Capex reporting and analysis-In charge of budgeting and forecasting-Standard costing, GM variance analysis-Different controller functions and participation in division steering groups-Consolidations and analysis-Giving guidance and advice, train, control and audit the subsidiaries-Team leader and membership in various IT and reporting implementations, eg.
