Channel manager for Automated Rental Management (ARM). My role as a channel manager provides me with the opportunity to work with members of the Sage Software reseller channel while also working directly with end users.In addition to my channel management responsibilities, I handled direct sales for the Sage 100 ERP and Sage CRM products while working with prospects located within my geographical areas of coverage.

Responsible for the management and delivery of services including warehouse/distribution, hardware repair, consulting services, app/dev, and managed services group.

Performed similar systems engineers duties as with my previous employer before transitioning into Sales in 1995. Primarily focused on Fortune 500 sized accounts with a national and/or international presence. Sales included products, help desk services, consulting services, and staff augmentation.
