The Restaurant Support Operations Leader is the conduit between the Field Operations Team and the Restaurant Support Center and acts as the Chief of Staff for the COO and SVP of Operations. Responsible for creating initiatives and turning them into processes that can be: trained, implemented, and reported against. Other responsibilities include Financial Planning & Analysis for Quiznos Operations department, Ad-hoc Reporting, Field Operations Balanced Scorecard, Field Team Communication, and Process Automation. Developed mobile inspection platform used to conduct restaurant inspections and presented daily status reports to executive suite.

I started as opening waiter for the grand opening of Broomfield. I transferred to Tyson's Corner, VA where I became a floor manager and helped grow sales by 40K a week over 2001. I was an opening trainer for the first restaurant in Pittsburgh. I transferred to Santa Monica and waited tables in 2002. I came back to Changs to wait tables at Park Meadows before returning to grad school.
