Far from done... I am now part of DTE Energy's Transportation Electrification Marketing group and advising EV Safety Inc (Electric vehicle safety is a critical step towards mass EV adoption). Each of these roles came after taking a much-needed career break from an extended stint at GM.In mid 2023, I wrapped up my time with GM as GMC EV Product Marketing Team Leader and Battery Electric Truck Product Manager, where I led the strategy, planning, and product marketing of GM's full-size electric truck/SUV portfolio. I have over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on electric vehicles, product innovation/planning/strategy, new business development and brand/customer representation.Some of my notable achievements include managing the GMC HUMMER EV Pickup and SUV product marketing/product line management from concept to launch and developing product fundamentals, contenting and packaging of the Sierra EV, Silverado EV, Cadillac LYRIQ & Escalade IQ and other Ultium-based EVs. I have an MBA from Lawrence Technological University and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Kettering University. I am passionate about creating products that meet customer needs, exceed expectations, and drive sustainable growth -- and doing so by working relationships across multiple teams and organizations.
