Client side project management role responsible for last mile delivery stations within the Amazon Logistics EU Design & Construction team.

Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of commercial development projects from land acquisition, through design development and construction whilst supporting the leasing and divestment phases. Experience within development management for government agencies.

As part of an internal management program, secondment within the US Commercial Development team. Duties included management of construction works on a new re-development project in central DC, underwriting financial models, and involvement with leasing and marketing, along with market research and analysis.

Several positions of increasing seniority on some of London’s most iconic office schemes across 10 successful years, totalling over 1.5m sq ft Grade A space, and circa £600M in construction revenue.Operated with some of the industry’s most respected developers and management of world class consultants - Land Securities, Heron Properties, Minerva, CORE, Second London Wall, FPA, JRA, and KPF. Schemes included Heron Tower, 1 & 2 New Ludgate, 6 Bevis Marks and The Walbrook.Responsible for all build areas, managing city centre logistics and client interaction, with health & safety, quality and cost control being core deliverables. Period included completion of undergraduate degree at the best rated Civil & Engineering Department in the UK, and Chartership with the CIOB.
