Oversaw financial and staff management, 20 volunteer committees / task forces & 34-person Board of Trustees. Managed the budget and grew both membership and the staff.The Arthur W. Held full P&L for US and Canada divisions for this global manufacturer of industrial / retail weighing systems. Oversaw manufacturing, marketing, sales, service, finance, for 170 employees. Stabilized operations, increasing EBITDA 10% and revenue 30%. Sold to Private Equity.

Oversaw media relations, executive and crisis communication. Created communication programs (traditional, direct and social media), focusing on business objectives. Developed a measurement program, linking performance to business results.

Responsible for executive and employee communication, media relations, crisis communication, marketing communication, measurement, and speechwriting.
