About Tom Niewulis

Getting back to family foundations, we actually live five miles from the farm my father and uncle had back in the '50s and '60s. It is exciting to be participating in the multi-billion dollar industry of hot pepper products.After developing our natural growing processes for specialty peppers, we decided to launch into the finished product environment by developing a variety of 'culinary hot pepper jams.' We have successfully marketed as an Ohio Cottage Business. We expanded up to twelve varieties of our jams. Now we are doing a major reset by moving into a commercial kitchen as a certified canning business. This allows us to take our specialty pepper jams national.We have had to pare back our relaunch to five jams. We have our three best sellers back in the web store. More is to come. We are also formulating our pepper jams into sugar free.
