CurrentI am responsible for a team of 18 employees. My responsibility is to ensure that we deliver the highest quality of Financial Content across the Nordics. Working with leading clients and banks requires in-depth experience in the area of Finance and Corporate Actions, but an understanding of technical distribution in the Financial Market is vital to ensure a great client experience.My vision is to look after my employees and lead the group, distribute tasks and ensure that the team has sufficient resources to achieve their desired results. I manage to achieve this goal through dialogue, education, and providing various tasks that empower the team, settling short and long-term goals for each employee. By ensuring that we work towards our goal, I can prepare and lay the foundation and strategy, working closely with our managers to ensure profitability, cost-effectiveness, and a thriving environment.In excess, I am also responsible for our budget, web-development, production of internal and external documents, sector classifications, marketing, and for various Corporate Actions.I am also the sole author of the Millistream IPO Survey, that we publish each year.
