I project managed a team of Designers, Developers & Videographers responsible for the design and build of the L&D projects for the whole of Virgin Media. The team were tasked with creating innovative and engaging learning solutions, used by all levels of the business. I was also responsible for developing the digital Learning Management System. This platform allowed employees to find relevant, engaging and well designed learning content all in one place.
