I provide manual content reviews for G+ pages, Profiles, and across Google's social networking products in my native language, Japanese. By reviewing and classifying content of Google's social networking products, I observe, report trends in policy violations and escalate/report bugs in QA tools.

I enforce Google Shopping Policies to resolve policy violations by merchants advertising on Google Shopping. I interface with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to promptly resolve policy violations so that merchants advertising on Google Shopping strictly adhere to Google's Policies.

As a Lab Facilities Specialist, I manage/oversee validation test schedules, equipment maintenance & repair schedules, and work with cross functional teams to ensure tests are completed in a timely manner. Provide laboratory training for research staff/students and work with management/staff to set-up short-term and long-term plans for the CAAMD. Coordinate instrument installations/facilities upgrades and serve on executive committees for strategic planning, laboratory space utilization and laboratory safety.

While working as a research associate position in the lab, I have worked closely with Dr. Khare on his nanotechnology project. I have been involved in setting up the Raman Lab unit with the help of technicians and other scientists here at Ames. I have also helped maintain the condition of Quanta-Ray Nd:YAG Laser, PerkinElmer UV-VIS-NIR Spectrometer. Other instruments that I have taken care of in the lab include FTIR, GCMS, and RGA.
