Project Managed retail outlet consultancy. Was responsible for a team that opened various retail outlets in Japan including: 6 Porsche Design, 2 Noble House and 1 Faber Castell outlet. Involved in scheduling, team task management, and recruiting and training of retail staff. Involved in BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) project at DKSH's Food & Beverages department. Supported the improvement of their supply chain as project manager. Responsibilities included task management, documentation, and training.プロジェクトマネージャーとして日本における新規小売店の立ち上げに携わる。ポルシェデザイン６店舗、ノーブルハウス２店舗、ファーバキャステル１店舗のプロジェクトに従事。プロジェクト管理、IT導入、トレーニングなど幅広くサポート。BPR(業務改善）プロジェクトにおいては、プロジェクトマネージャーとして食品部門のサプライチェーンの見直しと新規プロセスの導入、ITサポート、トレーニングなどを行った。
