Specifically I was responsible for the development of Social/Community Businesses in the Tralee and North Kerry Areas.I advised organisations on social enterprise development and provided consultancy on project research, planning, development and implementation.Social Businesses I developed included Rural Transport Projects, Community Facilities, Resource Centres, Sports Facilities, Respite Care and other Social Services.During the 5 years I secured in excess of €8m for community projects and social enterprises.
