A new and innovative solution has now been made available to remove iron and organic materials from ion exchange resins to restore them to as good as, OR BETTER, than new resins.With over 38 years of work experience in fossil and nuclear power generation, I was fortunate to be associated with the many day-to-day challenges presented in the fields of Operations, Chemistry, Nuclear Oversight and various technologies involving Water Treatment processes. As the Chief Executive Officer of IONX SOLUTIONS, I oversee the development and implementation of a revolutionary ion exchange resin restoration process that enhances the efficiency, performance, and life cycle of makeup and condensate polisher resins. I am passionate about creating cutting-edge solutions that address the challenges and opportunities in the energy industry, and I am committed to fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer satisfaction at IONX SOLUTIONS.Prior to joining IONX SOLUTIONS in 2020, I held various roles at Palo Verde Generating Station, the largest nuclear power plant in the US, for 38 years. I was responsible for operations water treatment activities, technical support in nuclear chemistry, and nuclear assurance oversight of various nuclear power organizations. I leveraged my skills in strategic planning, and quality assurance to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the plant in order to comply with regulatory and environmental standards. I also established and maintained strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, regulators, and customers.
