I leveraged my skills in strategic planning, and quality assurance to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the plant in order to comply with regulatory and environmental standards. The fully automatic mobile skid safely and effectively deconstructs iron oxides and organic materials as it restores "like new" mass-transfer kinetic properties to condensate polisher resins. Remarkable recovery rates of ion exchange properties (Kinetics-MTC) are realized, including improved chemical contact times and regen efficiencies, while drastically reducing waste volumes by reducing times, chemical, and deionized water (DI) volumes normally consumed with traditional cleaning/regeneration methods. This revolutionary new ion exchange resin restoration process can also significantly reduce radioactive-waste volumes of spent radioactive resins. The process can produce ionic release & capture of isotopic material from surfaces of high-activity-spent-resins previously utilized in nuclear processes. Responsible for the design, development, and fabrication of ion exchange resin cleaning equipment. Fabrication of the initial mobile commercial IX resin restoration skid has been completed. -
