Over the past decade, I have centered my career helping Internal Auditors have a bigger impact professionally and personally and helping them enable positive change in their organizations.At AuditBoard, I have helped hundreds of internal audit teams revolutionize the practice of Internal Audit by eliminating non-value-added activities, improving their relationships with key stakeholders, and implementing procedures to identify new and emerging risk areas.As a member of the IIA's Global Board of Directors, I work with industry thought leaders to allocate funding for research and education products that will help internal auditors succeed in the future.As the founder of the CAE Leadership Forum, I created and fostered a community of forward-thinking internal audit leaders. I expanded their network and provided training opportunities, while also bringing industry best practices through my experiences as a CAE of two public companies and as a leader in a Big4 Risk Advisory practice.When I am not busy with my responsibilities at AuditBoard and The IIA, I enjoy sharing ideas and best practices relevant to future Internal Audit leaders. I also enjoy spending time with my wife, Lauren, and our three children: Brynn, Connor, and Liam.
