I am mainly responsible for technical oversight on technology projects of the company. We develop customised platform solutions according to client needs as well as other technical services such as user experience personalization/optimization, analytics implementation, data layer specification and data analysis. There is a wide range of technologies that I come across and work with on a daily basis. They include Ruby on Rails, Laravel, React, Vue, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe DTM, Google Tag Manager, Shopify, etc.

My responsibilities include overseeing and managing technical aspects of projects both for public and private clients. This includes meeting with current and prospective clients to discuss requirements, prepare project proposals, architectural design, maintenance/development work, project planning and management, as well as staffing for software projects.Interesting projects I am engaged in include: Government Gateway, an interoperability platform for the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, developed by Microsoft and delivered/customized by two local partner companies. This includes meetings with prospective institutions, agreeing on communication interfaces and other technical details, as well as implementation of adapter libraries for different e-Services.FADN, an accountancy framework for farms, implemented EU-wide and now in the Republic of Kosovo as well. I lead the IT side of the project including the development of the data collection system, as well as implementation of standard results, coherence tests and customised data analysis for the needs of the Ministry of Agriculture.

I was responsible for the development of various web applications, involving complex processes, and sensitive aspects such as online payments, subscriptions, etc, while at the same time, I served as a contact point for clients of the company to discuss requirements, and decide on features and changes to be developed.

Taught a course on Software Engineering to third-level undergraduate students of the Computer Science programme for Spring Semester 2015. In the absence of a professor, I was responsible for lectures as well as labs. Also, during Fall and Spring semesters for 2015/2016 academic year, I was responsible for teaching lab classes for the following courses: "Computer Architecture and Operating Systems", "Introduction to Computer Science", "Software Engineering" and "Software Development using OOP"

During my time there, I was mainly tasked with:▪ Maintenance and development of new features in the existing web and desktop applications, part of the greater governmental ERP system that the company develops for Kosovo governmental institutions, namely Kosovo Police, Kosovo Customs and Ministry of Internal Affairs. ▪ Set-up, maintenance, and optimization of continuous integration and deployment processes using TeamCity and Octopus Deploy. ▪ Development using Microsoft technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, Windows Forms, WCF, Entity Framework, SQL Server 2008.

During this period, I was engaged as an independent software development contractor on different projects, such as:- development of the initial version of the first multi-partner loyalty card platform, including its API and different integration libraries - development of a school management system from scratch for a private K-12 education institution, - development of a volunteer work recording system for a charity organisation in the US- development of features in a fleet management system for a local company - software development work on other projects for other clientsTechnologies and technology stacks I worked with during this period include: PHP (TinyMVC, CodeIgniter, CakePHP v1.3), MySQL, JPA (TopLink), Play! Framework, Ruby on Rails, ASP MVC, WinForms, AngularJS 1.3
