My main work consisted in creating and maintaining CSR pages of projects of large Ukrainian companies on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube channels.Namely: creating a content plan, working with a designer to create visuals, copywriting texts, paid and organic promotion, communication with subscribers.**An interesting case for an example**The most interesting was the CSR case of popularizing a series of lectures by top managers of a Uktainian large company for students.Without a paid promo, I managed to gather an audience of 12 thousand users on the Facebook page in 4 months.As a result, the company received many hundreds more favorable reviews on Facebook and positive comments in media publications than it would have received if it had only used announcements on its own website, as the company planned to do at the start of the project.

In addition to the classic functions of organizing the work of the Foundation's press office, I was involved in the creation of the Foundation's public positioning strategy, crisis communications with investors and Government representatives. A separate area of my work was work on building the personal brand of the CEOs of the Fund.**An interesting case for an example**Through its own communication channels, the press office received information that one of the central Ukrainian TV channels is preparing a critical story about the Foundation. It was completely inappropriate, since the Fund was in the active phase of presenting the new government lending program, created together with the relevant Ministry. Knowing the specifics of the work of TV journalists (the need to receive comments from the CEO of the Foundation), we managed to delay the release of the story enough for our CEOs to seize the initiative and themselves provide other mass media with urgent comments on the topics that the TV channel wanted to cover. Therefore, the information became irrelevant and the threat disappeared.

Organization of the work of the press office: - created a site from scratch and its management; - writing press releases, press announcements, corporative news; - preparation of management for public speeches; - writing/editing interviews, articles for management, responses to media inquiries; - communication with mass media; - organization of press conferences; - organizing the participation of managers and specialized specialists in thematic events, such as meetings of the Committees of the Parliament, the Government, specialized departments of Government.**An interesting case for an example**In March 2008, I was a co-organizer of a press conference for the CEO, where for the first time in Ukraine the thesis about the beginning and consequences for Ukraine of the World Economic Crisis was voiced.As a result: our the CEO became the main expert speaker on the topic, who was approached by representatives of the Ukrainian and international media (BBS, Guardian, Radio Liberty).We received more than 300 citations and media publications.
