I managed a selection of teams for a mortgage servicing company. Roles included the management of mortgage customer services, account administration and British Mortgages Abroad teams.

I managed an operational team which delivered the banks manual transaction function. This included managing the performance of the team and also taking responsibility for the completion of activities and processes considered high risk to the banks customers and reputation. This demanded a high degree of accuracy from me and my direct reports.

I managed a selection of teams responsible for the provision of excellent customer service and sales. These teams were composed of inbound and outbound caller handlers and senior complaint handlers.

This role involved performing financial transactions on behalf of customers and introducing customers to new products and services.
