Starting early 90’s I was lucky to be one of the creators of the modern communications industry in Central & Eastern Europe. Having spent 31 years in Publicis Groupe I worked with almost all top clients, concentrating on business advisory and transforming agencies into modern, multi-discipline powerhouses. While managing multiple specialized units, I have mentored and coached numerous talents who have helped to put Groupe agencies at the top of every market. By creating in the year 2000 the idea of Multi door approach to Groupe's multibrand synergies I have laid down the foundation for what was called Publicis One which is the result of Publicis Groupe's philosophy 'Power of One' guaranteeing economies of scale across all the brands without diluting their brand DNAs.Currently, I am also actively involved in startup mentoring and guidance.But above all, I am a curious human being relentlessly searching for the Holy Graal of the higher Purpose.The discovery never ends and every year is opening more doors to opportunities as I was always a Courageous Optimist who believed in the sustainable transformation of everything.
