As Office Manager at Oil Store, I ensure that the day-to-day operations of our office run smoothly and efficiently, supporting our team and customers alike.I joined Oil Store in June 2018 as an Office Administrative Assistant, where I initially focused on core administrative duties such as invoicing, sales order processing and issuing quotations.Over time, I had the opportunity to grow within the company, developing my skills and taking on greater responsibility. Thanks to the positive environment and opportunities for growth at Oil Store, I became Office Manager in April 2021.In my current role, I oversee a wide range of processes that are critical to the smooth operation of the business. From managing purchasing, stock levels and the company accounts to coordinating office operations and maintaining organisational efficiency, I ensure that our internal processes are streamlined and running at their best.My role is integral to supporting the wider team, allowing us to deliver the high level of service and operational excellence that Oil Store is known for.I take pride in being part of a team that is focused on innovation and efficiency, and my role is centered on making sure that these values are reflected in our administrative processes. I ensure that orders are processed promptly, invoices are accurate, and that the office is running like clockwork.My work enables the team to focus on what they do best.At Oil Store, we’re committed to streamlining the lubricant procurement process, and I play a key role through my administrative and managerial responsibilities.
