Managed application development and infrastructure technology projects of varying size and structure through either Agile/Scrum or waterfall methodologies. Provided leadership and guidance to project team members from cross-functional departments and of various hierarchy levels and lines of business. Managed full breadth of SDLC project deliverables ranging from Waterfall project initiation, scope, estimates, design, testing, risk, issue escalation and resolution, decision-making process, production of project deliverables to Agile/Scrum creation of product/sprint backlog of features, creation of User Stories, estimating stories, prioritization of backlog, facilitating ceremonies – daily stand-up meetings, grooming sessions and product demos, time boxing iterations/sprints, managing and controlling iterative production releases according to corporate release management standards. Spearheaded the analysis, due diligence and selection of a new Project Management Information System - Clarizen. Created initial documentation of a JIRA Change Management Control system and its subsequent production release. Managed portfolio project requests within the Corporate G&A, IT and Legal space. Functional project areas were Wholesale / Correspondent; Repurchase & Recovery; Policy and Procedures; Rate Sheet Distribution. Integration of 3rd party HRMS and LO & Broker Compensation products. Mentored both junior and senior project manager team members in multiple disciplines of project management – SDLC and Agile/Scrum.- Reason for leaving was related to Pacific Union Financial company wide Reduction In Force.
