I headed up the Digital operations at Last Word Media and was responsible for the redevelopment the company's digital infrastructure in line with current industry trends and to generate new business opportunities. The role required for me to bring in new systems including CRM, CMS, EPS, Apps and Servers within a six-month timeframe with only a three-man team. The resulting development created 50% more MOM page views, increased advertising opportunities and increased Digital revenues. I also spearheaded the company's development of advertising technologies with the aim of providing clients with the best viewability and advertising performance in the industry.

I increased the EC twitter community from 1,033 followers to 25,000+; LinkedIn community from 33 members to 600+; and launched the EC Facebook fan page (1500+ fans) and Google+ groupRedesigned the EntrepreneurCountry website offering to include first to market technologies, integrated social media platforms and introduced auto-publishing content features which generate up to 200 stories per dayIncreased website page impressions by over 75%Launched the UK's first fully HTML5 enabled B2B magazineDelegate recruitment - continually achieved highest consecutive ticket sale records for the company's flagship 'Forum' events. Project Manager for the launch and build of the UK's first and only financial news search engine for intermediary financial advisers called Adviserhound. Responsibilities included: defining the search algorithm, designing the search criteria, developing information pools for the simultaneous search options, devising the marketing plan, creating CSS style briefs, media pack creation, advertising design briefs, generating test groups, stress testing, implementing several data streams from financial data providers, signing off beta and alpha stage testing and launching the product at the 'Fund Manager of the Year Awards' at the Royal Albert Hall
