CEO of Hong Kong's governing body for golf, with a mandate to turn the finances around to a position of stability and reshape the HKGA in terms of its brand, its communications and its international reputation.The HKGA was an active member of the Asia-Pacific Golf Confederation, so worked closely with other national federations and senior figures in international golf administration to serve as a spokesperson for golf in Hong Kong and champion the sport in Asia.The HKGA was also responsible for the staging of the annual Hong Kong Open, so was at the heart of negotiations with many of the major stakeholders in the professional game, including the Tours, commercial partners, players and management companies.

First six years in London, during which the Faldo Series grew from seven annual tournaments in the UK to 20 tournaments in 15 countries across Europe. The success of the not-for-profit golf development programme was underlined by the emergence of players like Rory McIlroy, Nick Dougherty, Oliver Fisher and Melissa Reid.In 2005, relocated to Hong Kong to set up the Asia office and continued expanding the Series to a further 15 countries across Asia and the Middle East. By 2013, the Faldo Series was operating 40 tournaments across 30 countries worldwide for more than 7,000 competitors annually – and is still recognised as the leading tour for elite-level junior and amateur golfers worldwide.
