Tom Pitegoff is a business transactions lawyer whose core practice is franchise law. He represents both established and start-up franchisors in a variety of industries. His clients are local, regional, national and international. They include franchisors, multi-unit franchise owners, franchisee groups, and franchise buyers. Tom also advises businesses on alternatives to franchising, including license, distribution and service agreements.
