Scrum Master for global team of developers (Portugal, Macedonia, India, US) responsible for maintaining and enhancing the residential and commercial websites. Project Managed the migration of company’s primary website (Drupal CMS) from external vendor to in-house ownership. Formed and led the Agile Guild to improve the adoption of more Agile and DevOps best practices across all development teams.

Product Owner for a team of developers building a high scale IoT Platform. We utilized Domain-Driven Design to help the team build a solution based on Event Driven architecture. My role included being the Scrum Master for the team, facilitating Domain Driven Design activities, management of Azure DevOps Boards, implementation of Atlassian Confluence, working closely to align priorities with the Product Manager and extensive procurement activities for services such as Confluent Kafka.

Established and directed a key practice area in the company’s service strategy of advising clients in Mobile, Social, and Web. In addition to helping clients understand how mobile solutions can add value to their business, I also implemented Agile processes and was Scrum Master for web and mobile app development projects utilizing a global team.

I built up and managed a global team of business systems analysts and software developers to successfully deliver quick and lightweight mobile workforce solutions based on the SharePoint 2010 platform. We specialized in mobile data collection including a variety of solutions for ruggedized devices and custom built iOS apps for iPad and iPhone integrated with SharePoint. Led the enterprise Knowledge Community on Mobile Devices and helped both internal and external clients establish their mobile strategy.

Managed group of DBAs, Developers, BAs, PMs and Support staff responsible for all business software systems at Moran. Lead project manager for software systems analysis, selection, and implementation. My team supported all software related needs across the 14 Moran offices and 1,000 employees.

Provided IT consulting in the Financial Services industry for clients on the west coast. Worked with all stages of the SDLC in both hands-on programming roles and business analyst roles.
