Tom Poser serves Newmark in Northern California as a Senior Managing Director representing office and medical Tenants and Landlords. Tom is a native of the Bay Area and specializes in advising clients regarding workplace strategy, office space leasing, and the acquisition and disposition of office assets.Tom has brokered millions of square feet of office space on behalf of his clients since 2004. Outside of working with traditional office space owners and occupiers, Tom has specialized experience in working with clients in the technology, healthcare, and life sciences industries.Prior to joining Newmark, Tom was with JLL for eleven years serving as an Executive Vice President representing office tenants. Before joining JLL, Tom was a Vice President with Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc. in San Diego where he represented both tenants and landlords in their efforts to buy, sell, or lease office and industrial properties. Preceding his Commercial Real Estate career, Tom was a professional basketball player in various countries across the globe.Tom earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara after spending his childhood in the Bay Area. Tom currently sits on the board of Raphael House, the oldest and largest family homeless shelter in San Francisco. Tom, his wife and their three children currently live in Marin County.

I am the volunteer Co-Athletic Director for the St. Sebastian's CYO basketball program, and a coach for my three kids. We have over 350 children in our program and I help oversee and support a management team of 18, plus a volunteer group of 75 coaches, across 35 teams.

KIK, or kentfield invests in kids, is the fundraising arm of the Kentfield Schools Foundation. The Foundation was created to supplement the District’s budget to ensure our kids receive the best possible education regardless of how our schools are funded.

The Jerry MAC Fund was formed in the memory of youth advocate Jerry McIntosh to further the ideals that inspired Jerry’s life and the work that he did with young people throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area. The Foundation’s mission is to promote cross-cultural understanding through youth programs that provide opportunities for personal growth, leadership development, academic achievement, and cultural enrichment.
