I helped current and prospective customers get the most out of our products. When things went awry, I made sure they got back on track. When everything was smooth sailing, I helped them discover new and better things.

I was responsible for the the development of our product. Working together with both internal and external teams I launched the first version and subsequent iterations of the online video platform. Additionally, I was in charge of all external communications including social media, newsletters, press and other marketing materials.

Hilversum

I worked to design a six month digital design program for students from vmbo, havo and vwo. The goal for this program was to shorten the gap between high schools and digital media universities. We had 60 high schoolers from six different schools come together and team up to work on challenging cases provided by media companies.

General promotion for the school and often specifically my education.
