After successfully completing the PCA's Church Planter Assessment in April along with my wife, I was asked to consider interning as a church planter in Jasper, IN. I am preaching there weekly, having begun a series in First Peter, as well as shepherding the small group that meets there, and reaching the community of Jasper with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Having completed a four-year (120 credit hours) Master of Divinity degree, my desire is to pastor a church, possibly church planting. Long-term I would love to train indigenous pastors in other countries who do not have access to solid Biblical material or training.LAMP Seminary is a distance-learning Reformed Theological Seminary with over 25 sites across the United States. While taking courses through LAMP, I was also able to take classes through Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary, Geneva Reformed Seminary, and Covenant Theological Seminary.

My duties include client contact, develop client relationships, discover clients critical staffing needs and present solutions with contract technical staffing services of PDS. In many companies that I work with, they have multiple departments and locations that allow me to broaden my business base within the company.Engineering, IT and Technical staffing is my key focus, I have received Sales Achievement Awards for 2007, 2008, 2010 and 2011. Awards have included financial and trips to Mexico and to San Francisco.The focus of three of my largest clients include engineering, business IT solutions, and software engineering for defense applications.

As Manager, I managed the sales and staffing of engineering and design projects. During this time I received a Top Secret clearance to support programs that we staffed. HT sold the division in 2004 to CPI and my group moved physical locations and continued with CPI until they closed their St. Louis Operation in early 2007.Responsibilities also included all fiscal matters, P&L, reporting to the President.HT Technical Services was owned by Hampton-Tilley Associates, Inc., a prime systems integrator of industial automation services.HT sold our division to CPI Technical Services, where I continued as Manager of the St. Louis operations. In 2007 CPI began down-sizing and closed several offices, St. Louis being one of them. I moved to PDS at that time.During my tenure, I developed Anheuser-Busch, Weyerhauser Paper, El Paso Energy, Kansas City Power & Light, Florida Power & Light, Black & Veatch, Burns & McDonnell, Nestle, Ambitech Engineering, CASCO, and many others.

My tasking was to develop business outside of the parent company, McDonnell Douglas. At the end of 1994 (1 year) I had placed over 130 people on my accounts and earned "Salesman of the Year". I developed Lockheed Aerospace, Caterpillar, and many other companies.I left MDTSC when they withheld over $432,000.00 in earned commissions for 1995, saying I was too highly compensated.

Began at Ewing to expand business in the greater Midwest. Was selected to start a new office in Houston in 1988. The office became profitable in 1 year. I secured accounts such as Badger Engineering, Arco Petroleum, H.B. Zachry, Waste Management, and many others.
