– Worked with a fellow student and the company owner to research and develop a proof-of-concept modelling process for operational risk, providing a unique selling point to the company.– Consolidated a fragmented collection of Tableau dashboards and Excel spreadsheets into a new, unified platform. The prototype was developed using modern Javascript frameworks such as React and Express and was used to successfully pitch to initial clients.– Provisioned and managed cloud hosting on AWS, including managing deployments to both demo and production environments.– Participated in meetings with external companies and helped to onboard new hires.– Helped to tailor a quickly growing codebase to increase performance, security and maintainability.– Gained practical experience with Node.js, Express, MySQL, React, Webpack, Gulp.js, git and AWS.

Supported two groups, each of five first year Maths undergraduates, through the first year at Warwick. This included marking assignments for core modules, providing feedback, and guiding students towards answers to example questions, during weekly meetings. A very valuable experience to develop as both a teacher and a student.

Supported first year undergraduate mathematicians in 'Analysis I', in order to ease the transition from secondary school to university mathematics. This involved explaining many fundamental concepts in mathematics in an accessible way, as well as guiding students towards answers without providing explicit solutions.
