Tasked to developed and implement the first-ever CBW in-house roaming operations. Responsibilities included: business case development, strategic planning, establishing and implementing price policies, budgeting, contract negotiations, vendor selection and on-boarding, settlements, project management, operations management and documentation, databases development implementation to provide quick, easy and organized access to large amounts of data with simple customized reporting of complex data. • Successfully led the transition from a managed service roaming operation to an in-house roaming operation, in a short window of time, under budget, on time and savings over 1 million annually.• Developed, implemented and managed daily operations, financial settlements, contract negotiations and vendor selection including RFPs.• Developed and implemented custom databases to drive operational efficiency, automate processes, simplify reporting and provide quick, easy and organized access to data across business units.• Project managed multiple vendor implementations and on-boarding including systems interaction of technical data, retail billing and wholesale settlements.• Successful continuous vendor contract negotiations resulting in year over year savings.• Project managed the take down and harvest of TDMA business unit, including all final settlements, successfully collecting millions from the previous service providers.• Seamlessly project managed the transition of roaming to GSM from TDMA under budget.
