Led 250 employees; managed P&L; constructed annual budget targets and administered yearly SAS70 Type II audits. Counseled pre and post sale/cross functional teams on throughput capabilities, requirements gathering, price modeling, operational efficiency, and project implementation. Organized and managed staff to meet client specific turnaround and quality requirements as well as build strong client relationships.

Led successful start up of Caribbean subsidiary. Conducted logistical planning, site selection, lease negotiation, company incorporation, IBC licensing, staffing, training, system implementation, and accounting. Managed operations for largest offshore employer in Barbados (400+ employees). Defined and implemented monthly production quotas, set and administered budget and expense controls, oversaw hiring and management training processes, strategic planning, and staff motivation.

Collaborated with corporate clients to create project specifications; designed system workflow; directed domestic and international programming efforts; tested systems; created workflow documentation and instructions for end users; developed quality standards and controls/reporting; trained production site project leaders; performed trouble shooting exercises; capitalized on new opportunities within client base and supported sales related to new business.Opened and directed operations; met client deadlines and service levels; hired and trained staff; managed HR policies; directed process and controls; planned annual budget and managed cash flow. The Dallas production site was used as a prototype for two additional operations.
