Technology accomplishments include:• Planned and managed ERP, Retail and Ecommerce implementations for Kate Spade, Lucky Brand Jeans, and Juicy Couture.• While at Mexx, a €1B European brand, consolidated UK and Germany operations to reduce annual system and distribution costs by €1.25 M, upgraded Siebel CRM and implemented a more robust Business Objects data warehouse to improve application stability and performance, migrated to a new e-commerce platform and fulfillment partner, implemented new retail merchandising system on-time, on budget and initiated implementation of a global PLM and ERP system. • Designed integration and coordinated implementation of new ERP, PLM, warehouse management, transportation, retail merchandising, and data warehouse systems in US divisions for Y2K. $75M investment achieved 2.5 Yr ROI.Operations and Merchandising accomplishments include:• Led a cross-functional executive team to define and implement common practices and procedures for order and inventory management across the multi-branded company to improve order fill rates from 90% to 97% and reduce excess manufactured product from 10% to 3% of sales.• Developed account specific brand positioning strategies leading to $100M in additional sales.• Improved product trend visibility through consolidated sales and merchandising reports and reduced product development cycle times and associated costs.• Increased order fill rates, reduced excess inventory and retailer chargebacks through improvements to order and inventory management processes.

For Mexx, the European division of Liz Claiborne, supervised pan European and Asian staff of 80 associates and managed $8M capital and $16M expense budget for $1B business based in the Netherlands. This regional CIO position reported to the corporate CIO. Stabilized warehouse management system, implemented new data warehouse and Siebel 7.7 applications. Consolidated local ERP systems, converted retail operations to a new merchandising platform, piloted a new design and product development system and initiated implementation of a Global ERP system.

Lead, managed, and facilitated client and consultant teams in due diligence reviews and major process re-engineering projects. Primary areas of focus included merchandising, sales operations, systems development, distribution management and inventory control.
