My responsibilities include every element of business activities. Our core services are Building Energy Audits, Retrofit Contracting, and Contractor Training w/ Energy Auditor Certification for BPI (Building Performance Institute) candidates. Shaping Energies has done energy audits on 400+ buildings in Vermont and New York, and done Home Performance with ENERGY STAR retrofit projects on 100+ buildings in New England. I am also the instructor for Shaping Energies' bimonthly BPI certification training courses at our Rutland, VT, office. Other responsibilities include: website development, marketing, sales, client management, project management, and company development.

I contributed to a wide number of projects that led to the development of company identity and core business processes. I created the energy audit process for Vermont Energy Works, Inc., to include energy audit testing procedures, data collection forms, client reporting structure, client tracking process, and quality control methods. I also designed the company's logo and other branding materials.

Performed building energy audits and managed testing protocol and data collection techniques to increase test efficiency and decrease measurement uncertainty.

Advised first-semester UW students to complete course enrollment; additional activities included hosting welcome presentations and information sessions.
