I led the coaching practice that focuses on application of lean methodologies to design processes and development of workplace engagement practices for architecture firms and healthcare organizations. I began as a contract consultant in 2012, was promoted to senior coach in 2015 and named a principal in 2016.My successes include:• Coaching a healthcare project team through using lean practices to complete a project within budget, combating an initial $48 million cost overrun and reducing design conflicts by 70%.• Authoring Lean Conversations, providing insights from a groundbreaking workshop exploring artistic perspectives on lean practices, published in 2018. • Leading a design firm transformation to enable staff development and engagement, resulting in a more collaborative culture and innovative design process, cost reductions of 20% and increased profit margins of 30%.• Advising, training and coaching an integrated project delivery leadership group in effective use of lean management practices, resulting in project savings of 25% and enabling a new model for a healthcare client’s delivery of building projects.
