I create a road map for our customers to help them become more energy efficient over multiple steps. I focus on making the customers comfortable with our process and earn their trust. Over 19 years in this business, we show up when we say we will, take care of problems, and tell the truth, good or bad!I have enjoyed working with our customers and after many energy efficent projects, I have learned some things about myself:I can successfully execute a energy efficient road map while project managing extremely challenging project environments.- I put the customer at the center of all I do. If the customer does not prosper, I don't prosper, period!- I like bringing neW products and ideas to the customer.- I trust my gut instincts but always do a through analysis to back it up.I can adjust and pivot to the projects changing climate.- I love to solve problems and turn them into positive results!- I can communicate clearly with both the C-suite and workers on the job. - I treat people with the utmost respect.
