• Developed and opened the new Baylor Clinic in 2005 (250,000 sq. ft.) under challenging time constraints to accommodate Baylor’s adult private practices.
• Opened the Jamail Specialty Care Center in 2008 (170,000 sq. ft.) housing a new Ambulatory Surgery Center serving multiple clinical departments.
• Led and maintained a well-run, integrated, multi-disciplinary clinic operation that offered accessibility, efficiency and quality care in partnership with departmental leadership.
• Participated as an Operations Leader on the BCM Hospital Task Force involving Board Executive Committee approval and design and construction phases until the project was suspended.
