Coordinated and managed all requests, modifications, enhancements, and adjustments to multiple systems. Supervised a team that supported 21 different global applications ranging from, Oracle Financial applications, intranet applications, Identity Management systems, and Lotus Notes applications.● Lead project team to redesign and reorganize a global, mission critical management system. Identified, gathered and prioritized system requirements and improvements; created, developed and submitted project plan to implement improvements; guided development; planned user acceptance testing, training and sign-off.
