Opened a restaurant called Warung Bestie, with the main Branch in Sukajadi, Batam Center, Riau Islands, sub branch in Legenda, Batam Center, Riau Islands and another branch in Perompong, Bandung city.Major deals in Food & Beverages. In Sukajadi, we are stationed in a Ninos, a Kids station. where our restaurant will deliver edible food and beverages for the customers to the kids Station.

Determine the project approach, responsibilities, and schedule for various clients.Meet up with the various clients, sales, purchasing, assembly and warehouse team for project schedule.Based on client’s requirement the items are delivered to the site with proper coordination between sales team and warehouse team.Ensure all the items based on each project phase are delivered on time. Any items unavailable will be reported to the Head Office by warehouse team, so a purchase can be made from HQ in Singapore.Make weekly report based on the installations taken place are reported to both the client as well as to the finance.

Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas including: Filling and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal shipping requirements, ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area or personnel, filling work orders from production, packaging assemblies and receiving into finished goods, ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities

Effectively monitoring, controlling and supporting a wide range of delivery services thus ensuring the fact that all the procedures and methodologies are followed, which is the CRM application.To see that the SLA's or the service level agreements in connection to the contracted services are maintained and achieved.Generate account performance and management reports on request or as per schedule.Create meetings that review client service, service improvements, performance and overall quality of the business process.Creating and maintaining client relationships as well as responsible in handling customer complaints, service requests, change request, manage Incident Report.

Study the customer’s Business Process, make system configuration for implementation, Successful Delivery of the product and finally Customer Support. Our product is sold to retailers through out Indonesia. The Product Retail Excel is from POLARIS India. Most of our clients are in Garment, Department stores, Medicine Shoppe, Bucherri (Shoe shop) etc. The business process varies for each environment. Design is made according to the business user’s perspective for the respective client. Later implementation and testing is done. According to the client’s request additional features and reports can be generated based on requirement.

Building software’s for Logistics & Stock Maintenance, Attendance monitoring. Managing Hardware & Software for the firm, Windows Operating System, and maintenance of Communication (via VSAT) for Head office and Other Branches . Local Area Network for all the sites and the head office is also done.

Projects were Sales Business Order System, and Daily Inventory Analysis.

Develop websites, maintain websites, also included in developing a software for Matahari Putra called Game card System.
