As the hands-on CFO for Daisy Outdoor Products, Crosman Corporation and our related international companies under the BRS Air Devices Holdings umbrella -Gamo Outdoor (Spain), BSA Guns (UK), and Rececho S.A. de C.V (Mexico)- I lead our global finance teams in the US and around the world. I partner with Board members and the executive team on long & short term strategies and ensure there will be sufficient liquidity for our future roadmap. The Finance team and I remove surprises via a robust budgeting and forecasting process. We help improve the business, making a positive impact on Net Sales via reduction of receivables chargebacks & penalties and improve working capital by inventory control.
