Tom started his award-winning, dedicated and driven automotive career with the Hendrick Automotive Group in 2001. Within the first two years, he found a niche in the parts department providing logistical support to both the service and body shop departments. Since then, he has enjoyed the daily challenges of improving not only logistically, but also in helping with the development of his fellow colleagues. He is also looking forward to explore future opportunities for career development within Hendrick Automotive Group.A prevalent endeavor of Tom’s that he is passionate about youth mentorship. He currently holds a seat as a museum board member with Warbirds of Glory and is strongly invested in the development of a unique youth mentorship program. His goal he has as a mentor is to be able to lessen the divide in America’s skilled workforce gap. He also believes that in time, this unique program will influence other programs and businesses to take a stand and ensure the future workforce.
