Worked closely with the Production Dept. on design and manufacture of all merchandise. Organized all promotional mailings. Created many original procedures for streamlining the distribution process and spearheaded the implementation of the MASS 90 inventory control system. Helped company expand by approximately 400% in a short period while increasing productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
