Tinmouse was founded on the idea of creating content that truly matters through education and purpose led projects. Notable through their current client base; the Science Museum, UK Parliament Education and Friends of the Earth, they champion the thirst for knowledge and benefits it can bring.The studio is a strong advocate for best practice and sustainability within the industry with Tom regularly contributing and speaking on both subjects at Manchester Animation Festival and the Children’s Media Conference. He has also set up The Good Hour, a free guide to help studios and freelancers generate new ideas to increase sustainability within their businesses. On the industry side he has also judged both London and Dublin Animation Festivals.In parallel to Tinmouse, Tom founded The Worldly Adventures of Archibold Clutterbuck. A free to use geography education platform aimed at KS2 to encourage children to learn about the world around them. Created out of a love for travel and exploration the platform currently consists of an encyclopaedic website, downloadable activities and YouTube Channel.Tom is also a Director of Rex Factor IP Ltd and represents, along with Mike Foster, the creative arm of internationally successful history podcast Rex Factor.
