I have deep and broad experience performing financial forensic investigations of financial institution independent audits and regulatory examinations by OCC, FRB, FDIC and CFPB, integrated for the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Financial Services Modernization Act.I’ve served as Controller for banks of all sizes, from performing virtually all accounting and finance functions for savings banks with $100-$200 million in assets, to being the Commercial Segment Controller for Washington Mutual FSB, with $50 billion in CRE, ADC, MFL, Homebuilder Finance and Mortgage Banker Finance assets, as well as originating, securitizing and servicing CMBS for 6 years, 2003 to 2009.For the last 6 years, 2010 to present, I’ve been the lead forensic investigator for auditor civil claims, professional malpractice. I have successfully recovered multi-million dollar claim settlements from national and regional accounting firms.
